Gordon, Sarah's husband, here.
Just to let you know that the domain for Sarah's website www.yogasarah.co.uk will be lapsing soon. Not to worry, though, because the actual website and all its content (yoga advice, physiotherapy ideas and Sarah chatting on her blog) will remain forever at: https://smyltest.weebly.com/ - should you wish to refer to anything.

I will get around to updating the site to make it clear what has happened (but not for now - will be a bit of a tough one, that)

Sorry people, I've had to make the decision to cancel tomorrow's yoga class as I have a virus and I am not fit enough to teach.
I will be back in touch in January when we can start the new year in style together xx
