Thanks to all who came to last night's Gong Bath at Trebah Garden ... Despite the weather taking us indoors, it was a beautiful session. So thankful to practice in such a stunning setting. It was wonderful to see so many new faces, and thanks to all who travelled, and amazing Joss for all the help creating this event. We're planning on hosting another Ampitheatre session over the summer with faith we will be blessed with a dry evening ✨️🙌💚 Until then my next session will be Tuesday 30th June at pureyogafalmouth for the Full Moon in Capricorn 🌕♑️✨️ please message me direct if you wish to secure a space. The more you become embodied, the more you will feel your body. There are so many people used to running on auto pilot, or in a state of dissociation, that can actually cause numbness. As the saying goes pains are messengers, and undoubtedly, when you begin any kind of healing you will experience 'growing pains', because you are expanding, and sometimes feeling the pain of something leaving ✨️💚✨️
