Price Update

Hello everyone, this is a little announcement to say that from the 1st of September I’ll be increasing the price of my treatments.

A limited amount of concession appointments are available each month so do please reach out if you would like more information on these.

Holistic Massage. The first therapy that I learnt way back in 2007.
After having my eldest I found myself at home reading the Adult Education leaflet - back then Adult Ed offered an absolutely incredible amount of courses to learn from kinesiology to nutrition, to all kinds of different body work therapies. I was spoilt for choice but holistic massage jumped out at me so I enrolled without hesitation! What a brilliant decision that was.

It’s no surprise to me that this is the therapy that I feel most at home doing. Over the years my technique has grown, added to by the many different courses I have done, so now I find that I have a rhythm to my practice and not a set routine. It’s more a flow that guides me and when I feel what a body is responding to I create a massage around that. Some call this intuitive while others call it reading the body but it makes every massage different, even to the same person. And I love doing it.

Come and experience my Holistic Massage: deeply relaxing, nurturing, restorative, and calming - with maybe with a few muscles releases too!

✨ Constantine Wellness Festival ✨
What a beautiful wholesome day filled with so many incredible people.
Heartfelt thanks, and admiration, to Han for creating such a wonderful event bringing together so many talented artists, therapists, wellbeing practitioners, makers, florists, and speakers. A truly inspirational group. And we all live in Constantine!
It was so lovely to meet so many people, thank you to everyone who came and said hello, chatted to me about the wonderful products that I use in my treatments, and to those who had a relaxing mini reflexology with me ✨❤️🤗

Pregnancy Massage - Introducing 60 minutes and 30 minutes options. I’ve updated my pregnancy massage treatments to offer you more flexibility, with 30-minute and 60-minute options alongside the existing 90-minute. I now have;

90 minutes to slow things right down and give you plenty time to deeply rest and relax.
60 minutes of beautiful full body massage relaxation
30 minutes working your hips, back, and shoulders to melt those aches away.

These treatments can be booked via my website.

I’ve decided to bring these shorter treatments in for a couple of reasons; because life is busy and sometimes its just really hard to carve that time out. I absolutely get it (mum of 3 right here!)
Also because financially our budgets are being stretched so much more. It’s tough out there and some families are making hard decisions on where they spend their money. A shorter treatment, at an affordable price, offers the chance for those that can’t stretch to the higher priced options.

I want for you to be able to come and have some R&R, gentle muscle release, and not have to feel that its compromised your time or your finances, because if its stressing you out to come well that kind of defeats the purpose really. And I’d like to be part of something that doesn’t make you feel guilty of the time or money spent to enjoy yourself.
