We are recruiting Activity Coordinators:

We support young adults with physical disabilities and learning disabilities. We pride ourselves on providing our residents with a living environment that feels like home. We ensure that all of our residents venture out into the local community regularly and own a fleet of vehicles that provide us with the means to provide transport to our residents and staff. We provide individualised and person-centred care to each individual resident and ensure that they are as involved in their care as possible. Winscombe is committed to Promoting Independence and Valuing people. We have a committed staff team who are dedicated to enriching the lives of our residents, and wish to add to our exciting activities team dedicated to providing in house entertainment and support, outdoor and community activities.

As well as providing activities to those with a wide range of needs from sensory to group games to outings. Job will include simple care needs such as feeding and toileting.
Training will be provided.
Essential: Ability to drive and clean DBS
Willingness to work with those with complex care needs.
Willingness to source, provide and coordinate activities for varying needs.
To be willing to drive company vehicles to take residents on both individual and group trips.

We are looking for a full time caretaker (Monday-Friday) with call out availability at the weekend.
This role involves maintenance of the home, gardens, equipment and the upkeep of all areas. This would also involve driving and collecting of equipment etc.
