A transformation like this is never just about the hair, it’s about the journey and the confidence that comes with it.

Spencer came to me as a new client and, understandably, was feeling quite nervous about the process. As we got started, I offered to cover the mirror, which is something I do sometimes ask my clients for the big reveal, However Spencer surprised me by saying he’d rather watch it all come together.

Throughout the appointment, he enjoyed seeing every stage of the process unfold, one snip at a time. It gave him a real appreciation for the hours of work, skill, precision and attention to detail that go into creating a natural, life-changing result.

Watching a client’s confidence grow throughout the appointment is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
