Support isn’t a luxury in the perinatal period, it’s essential.
If you’re looking to connect with other pregnant women and mums, here are a selection of local support groups happening in September across the South Coast. They are all free to attend.

Natal Bean will be reopening at Hopscotch in Fareham (where the old Ashcroft Centre was) later in the month with new days and times.

One of the million things I love about women is that when we’re in what has the potential to be a lonely time, a time of transition, we seek out community. We attend groups with others in a similar situation. We create groups to provide support to each other. Maybe one of the reasons we don’t have a female loneliness epidemic? Generally, we make an effort to be relational rather than blaming others. I think it’s bloody wonderful ♥️

Friends home for the summer, placenta prints, tinctures, capsules and beach days.
Also for balance, remote control car wheel getting stuck in one child’s hair and having to unscrew the wheel off. Honestly thought for a while there that I’d have to cut her hair at the root and she’d look like a toilet brush for a while. 🫣
How are your summer holidays going so far?

Chilled week off last week which was quite helpful timing given we’re in the midst of another heatwave and all.

1️⃣ Iced coffee is life atm
2️⃣3️⃣4️⃣ Went to Aspex Portsmouth with to check out ‘s exhibit ‘Too long we sit tongue-tied’ as well as ‘What If’ by Maria de la O Garrido and others
5️⃣ Found this amazing postcard, I crack up every time I look at the woman picking up the dog poo
6️⃣ Made Freddie a treat dispenser enrichment type game but he just tipped it over and ate everything straight away 😂🥴
7️⃣ Sunday evening at the beach yessssa
8️⃣ Finished this book and I neeed to talk about it so if you have also read this please message me 🙏

Hope you’re keeping cool. I’ve been sleeping under a damp towel on the hottest nights. My car air con now works again though so there is that, we have to be grateful for small things 😅

TLDR:
July- spaces available and last minute bookings are okay!

August- a couple of spaces left but I’ll be limiting numbers because of the summer holidays. Last minute bookings trickier but not impossible. Always contact me and I’ll let you know.

September & October- busy with enquiries but not fully booked yet.

November onwards- plenty of spaces ☺️

This week has given me some breathing space (and lots of fun) after a super busy May & June

1️⃣ My eldest baby fell asleep while cuddling me and she hasn’t done this for aaages. One of my besties said ‘Ah you’ve had a second chance at one of your ‘lasts’ (last time you pick them up, last time they fall asleep on you, that sort of thing) 🥰🥰🥰very spesh

2️⃣ Made a set of capsules and a smoothie for a local mama.

3️⃣ & 4️⃣ Spent a lush couple of days with my bezzie in Dorset with an evening dip at Weymouth beach and then paddle boarding at Knoll beach. It felt like being on holiday ☀️

5️⃣& 6️⃣ Went to see Alanis Morissette & Skunk Anansie at Crystal Palace Park with two of my oldest friends reliving the 90s
