Paula plays an important role in connecting Right at Home Solent and Southampton with the local community. She meets local organisations, attends community events and builds relationships with people and groups who support older people and their families.

With over 25 years of experience in care, Paula brings a good understanding of the support people may need and works to help connect them with the right services and local resources.

You’ll be seeing Paula out and about across our community, building connections and finding ways we can work together to support local people. 🤝

Client J was excited to show her Care Assistant some pictures her friend had sent her. Looking through the photos brought back memories of the time they spent together, with Client J thinking they were taken when they were both in their 30s.

You don’t need previous care experience. We provide full paid training and ongoing support, so you can build your confidence and develop your career in care.

💷 £14.80–£16.59 per hour weekdays, including holiday pay
💷 £15.30–£17.15 per hour weekends, including holiday pay
