What a beautiful week end I’ve had with Ocean Fire Energy Healing and Training
I desided to retrain in reiki.
I was 16 when I first trained.
I wanted to go back to level 1 and give time to connect with it all again on a personal level.
Not only have I connected again, but Elle has helped me feel empowered, and given me so much Knowlage.

Oh what a difference a natural scent can make.
With essential oils, preferring a smell is your body’s way of telling you that’s what it needs.
Your choice preference can change each appointment.
I’ve experienced loving a smell one day and then finding it over powering the next.
This is because some days we feel uplifted and full of energy and other days we can feel low and in need of some rest (and thousands of other emotions aha).
So what we need is different day to day.
I’m so pleased to have found
As I now can provide a lovely way of brining essential oils into my treatments

I provide a choice of 3 oil candles,
Harmonising , relaxing and recharge.
These candles burn throughout the treatment giving a beautiful aroma to the room and the warmed oil is used for the massage.

Obviously my most popular candle is the relaxing blend, filled with lavender.
My Favorate too, hehe!

I have found the most perfect skin care products to use! I now have a beautiful selection of aromas to choose from along with magnesium body butters and some hydrating balms.
Erika hand makes all her skin care and body products. all the ingredients are natural and smell incredible.
It’s also lovely knowing my small independent buissness can support and work with another!

I read this fact the other day and can’t stop thinking about it!
For every inch of forward movement of the head on the shoulders, the weight of the head increases by 4–5 kg.
After spending a year breast feeding my son I’ve realised how much pressure the shoulders and neck carry when we are leant foward.

With Thai massage we are working with lengthening the muscles with stretches and pressures, by bringing movement back into the body we are actually improving how you hold yourself. Which then prevents you from building up that tension again.

Also if you know Thai will be good for you but want to still have a relaxing session we can allways start with some Thai massage and end on a relaxing oil massage.

I find Christmas can get so commercial! We end up with so much we don’t need.
I feel massage therapy is one of the best gifts if I say so myself 😝
A lot of people don’t give themselves the self love and healing they deserve. There are the silent warriors of the world that keep pushing for others! We all know a person who deserves more than they give themselves.
This year let’s treat those people to somthing that will bring them relaxation, healing, and get rid of there aches and pains.
