Today officially marks World Su***de Prevention Day - join us in spreading the word and raising awareness! 📢

Statistics show that 125 people pass away by su***de every week in the UK - deeply affecting families, friends, workplaces and entire communities. While it's a difficult topic for many to talk about, it's important that we create safe and open spaces to help those conversations happen.

We are proud sponsors of The Cornermen - a local men's su***de prevention charity. They do incredible work to support those struggling with suicidal thoughts, offering a safe space to have open and honest conversations about how they're feeling.

Traditional epidurals often limit sensation and movement in the legs, meaning women remain in bed during labour. But the Hôpital Universitaire de Bruxelles (University Hospital of Brussels) is taking a different approach...

By offering ambulatory, or ‘walking’, epidurals, women can benefit from effective pain relief whilst maintaining greater motor function – giving them more opportunity to stay mobile and active during labour.
