Vine Social Care Agency is now recruiting full-time Care Assistants to join their ever-growing team in Basingstoke and Alton.

Duties and Responsibilities :
As a Senior Care Assistant you be expected to:
Ensure that our clients are encouraged and supported to remain as independent and active as possible
Ensure all care given is based upon the individual care assessment for each client and that the care plan is administrated to the highest standard.
Maintain skills and knowledge and ensure that care is delivered according to the latest guidance and best practice.
Ensure full compliance with all Health and Safety Regulations, including those relating to cleaning materials with COSHH Regulations 1944.
Work closely with care coordinators to ensure the ongoing safety of our clients through systematic assessment, monitoring, and reviewing processes.
Ensure and maintain excellent communication with both carers and clients.
Be expected to conduct and promote a caring and supportive environment for clients through high standards of professional practice.
Be required to be On-call on some weekdays and weekends.
You will be communicating with professionals such as nurses and services, occupational therapists, who are involved in providing care and support
Promote the professional image of the services through excellent communication, appropriate behaviour, and professional appearance.

Good written and verbal skills
Full driving license

We are looking for full-time and part-time care assistants.

As a care assistant, you will be expected to perform the duties listed below however, your duties will not be limited to these and will vary depending on your client’s needs.
