Back-to-school season often brings a fresh start ❤️.

Once routines begin to settle again, many people find it easier to plan meals, organise lunches and make time for themselves too.

A few things that always help me are planning meals for the week, keeping easy favourites in the fridge and freezer and having healthy lunches ready for busy days.

Healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated, it just needs to work around real life.

🌟 One of my lovely members has achieved her TARGET! 🎯 What an incredible achievement — all that hard work, determination and commitment has truly paid off. I couldn’t be prouder! ❤️

🌟 And another amazing member has reached a fantastic 3½ stone award! 🎉 That’s an incredible 49lbs lost — absolutely brilliant! 👏👏

You have both shown that with support, belief and taking it one week at a time, amazing things can happen. 💪❤️
