Today I had several lovely clients who were struggling with sciatic pain and discomfort, and it was wonderful to give them the chance to switch off and enjoy some much-needed TLC with a relaxing back massage followed by reflexology. 🌿✨

🌸 A LOVELY CLIENT JOURNEY — 3 WEEKS OF PROGRESS 🌸

I’m so pleased to be able to share one of my client’s journeys with you. ❤️

These photos show her progress from before starting, after 1 week, and now after 3 weeks, while using Simon Ourian M.D. Nutrition as part of her routine.

Alongside her nutrition routine, she is also having a full-body lymphatic drainage massage with me every 2 weeks as part of her regular self-care and wellbeing routine. 💆‍♀️🌿

What I love most is that her journey isn’t just about appearance — it’s about taking time for herself, creating positive habits and focusing on how she feels as well. 💕

I’m so proud of her commitment and consistency, and I can’t wait to see how her journey continues.

🌸 The journey doesn’t end when the pregnancy ends… 🤍

One of the most special parts of what I do at Relax by Claudia is being able to look after my clients through different stages of their lives.

I recently had the pleasure of welcoming back one of my lovely pregnancy massage clients after she had her beautiful baby. 🥰

This time, instead of pregnancy massage, she came for a gentle, relaxing full-body Swedish massage — some precious time just for her to switch off, relax and be looked after.

There was something so lovely about seeing her again as a new mum. 💕

Pregnancy massage doesn’t always mean goodbye once baby arrives. I love that the journey can continue — from pregnancy, to motherhood and beyond.

Because when you’re spending so much of your time looking after your little one, you deserve some time to be looked after too. 🌷
