A Absolutely not. During consultation we agree what changes YOU want to make. If I could force someone to do something they don’t want to do, it would be my bank manager I’d contact him from the Barcelona.

A Yes hypnosis is deep relaxation. So not harmful.

A Yes with an open mind and agreement on changes YOU want to make it works very well.

A No l can’t make you lose weight. I can help you to lose weight.
