To say that I haven’t posted much in the last year would be an understatement, but my excuse is that’s because babies are hard work.

It is now the new year and upon wishing you all a wonderful and prosperous year to come, I would also like to summarise my 2023.

• In the last year, I have, as previously mentioned, become a dad to the most beautiful little boy in the world, Jack. Every day is an absolute treat (although I can’t say the same for some nights).
• During this year, I also had a change of branding, with a completely revamped logo and even company name - Body Smarts became Smart Massage Therapy. Of course, the logo was designed in full by me.
• My salt lamp kept crying and leaving salty residue everywhere. I eventually threw it in the bin.
• Business is going well and as a result, I am now looking to expand my hours for added availability.

Over the coming weeks, I will be posting more on social media. This can include information about Smart Massage Therapy, information about Jezz and even occasionally the odd bit of information about A&P.

Keep your eyes peeled and be sure to like my posts or I’ll cry like my salt lamp.
