Keep your home cool by closing curtains and windows exposed to direct sunlight

Wear loose, light-coloured clothing and use sunscreen outdoors

Check on older relatives, neighbours, young children, and anyone with long-term health conditions
β οΈ Seek medical advice if you feel dizzy, faint, unusually tired, or develop symptoms of heat exhaustion.
