This is a picture of a table with nothing on it! Flowers that were supposed to be delivered for Mothers Day on Saturday 14th March 2026, ordered from and supposedly dispatched last Wednesday 11th March 2026 through have NOT been delivered. These flowers are missing in action and for sure now dead at this point. It's impossible to get hold of and royal mail just telling me they are out for delivery! WTAF!!

You are completely incompetent. I have now been waiting over a week for broadband installation. An engineer came out last week and said there was an issue with installation. You promised to call me this week Tuesday and did not. I called you and was told an engineer would be with me this Friday 22nd August. I was then sent an email and text message saying you were sorry that my engineer had to be cancelled and somebody would be with me on 15th August. That date is in the PAST! This morning I had to call you and have been informed that no engineer will be with me today and to please wait until 26th August for an update. This is RIDICULOUS! Sort yourselves out!!
