My humanistic approach stems from a belief that every human being is unique and views the world in an individual way. I work with people in the “here and now” while paying attention to their past and the impact that has had on them as individuals. This could include childhood experiences or learnt values and relationship patterns. The aim is to encourage understanding and an enhanced awareness of the choices and values that can be made to enable empowerment.
