We have loved meeting so many incredible practitioners who are interested in hosting their own event at The Waggon and we have good news for you!

The field just next to the Waggon is backed by trees with stunning views of Hampton Estate and The Surrey Hills and it is the perfect space for your practice.

Yoga, soundbath, breathwork, healing, HIIT, Pilates, massage, calisthenics, shamanic drumming….

Your space, your time, your practice. Followed by 50 minutes private hire of The Waggon and its immediate facilities.

We also have a smaller package that includes private hire of the sauna and use of the facilities for shorter or more intimate offerings.

It’s easy to forget that when you’re tucked away in the warmth of the sauna, you’re actually sitting in the middle of a working farm.

The Waggon calls home – a landscape that’s cared for every day, not just admired from afar.

Beyond the sauna, pedigree Sussex cattle graze on pasture as part of the estate’s regenerative farming approach. Traditional Fuggles hops are grown here too, from one of Surrey’s last remaining commercial hop gardens, before making their way to breweries across the UK.

The surrounding woodland is actively managed to support biodiversity, conservation and sustainable forestry, while much of the estate is protected through environmental stewardship, helping to preserve ancient woodland, heathland and wildlife habitats.

So as you step out into the fresh Surrey air after your session, take a look around. The peace you feel isn’t just because of the heat—it’s because you’re immersed in a living, working landscape that’s been carefully looked after for generations.

We are so lucky to be surrounded by nature here.

The green woodpecker has been visiting for a while now - I keep seeing a bright yellow flash as it flies by. It’s often called the “yaffle” because of its loud, laughing call, which sounds a bit like a cackling “yaff-yaff-yaff. And I’ve definitely looked over my shoulder a couple of times to check who was giggling behind The Waggon!
