Why We Love What We Do

One of the best parts of what we do is seeing learners leave with more confidence than when they arrived.

Many people arrive feeling nervous, unsure of themselves or worried they’ll get something wrong. By the end of the course, they’re asking questions, practising new skills and realising they’re more capable than they thought.

Helping people feel prepared for an emergency is why we do what we do. 💚

When does your First Aid certificate expire?

It’s one of those dates that can easily creep up on you, especially when you’re busy running a workplace or managing a team.

If your First Aid at Work qualification is approaching its expiry date, don’t wait until the last minute to arrange your requalification training.

We have a First Aid at Work Requalification course running 17th–18th August, giving existing First Aiders the opportunity to refresh their knowledge, practise essential skills and keep their qualification up to date.

Not sure which First Aid course you actually need?

You’re definitely not the only one! With different course names and requirements, it can be confusing knowing which one is right for you or your workplace.

Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) is a 1-day course suited to lower-risk workplaces or those needing an appointed First Aider.

First Aid at Work (FAW) provides more in-depth training and is often suited to higher-risk workplaces or where a greater level of First Aid cover is required.

Already qualified? If your First Aid at Work certificate is approaching expiry, you may need the FAW Requalification course instead.

We have all three options coming up this August.

When you work with children, knowing what to do in an emergency really matters.

A child choking, having a severe allergic reaction or becoming unresponsive can happen without warning, and in those first few moments, having the right training can make all the difference.

Our Blended Paediatric First Aid course is designed to give you the practical skills and confidence to respond when a baby or child needs help.
