I went to Helen's sound bath simply because it felt right. I'd met her before, and I already knew how calm and safe I felt in her presence.
I was curious about how the sounds would affect my body and nervous system. Within moments, I had completely relaxed (I even heard myself snoring! 😅). My thoughts became quiet, my breathing slowed, and for a while, time simply disappeared. I found myself enjoying each sound, almost like listening to gentle waves while feeling a soft breeze.
What surprised me most wasn't just the relaxation. I felt a heaviness in my chest gently release, and afterwards my next steps felt unexpectedly clear. I left feeling grounded, present, and more in tune with my senses.
Whether it was the sound frequencies, Helen's calming presence, or the combination of both, I'm grateful I followed my curiosity. If you've been thinking about trying a sound bath, I'd wholeheartedly recommend experiencing one with Helen.

What a wonderful evening!
Brad and Ewa created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere at their Paint & Sip event at Vinko. Their passion for wine shone through in every detail, and they made sure our glasses were always filled with something delicious while we relaxed and enjoyed the experience. 🥂

Guided by the lovely Liz, we spent the evening experimenting with charcoal and drawing a beautiful selection of flowers. Her gentle approach encouraged us to slow down, let go of perfection, and simply enjoy the creative process. 🎨

What made the evening truly special was the sense of community. We all contributed to one large piece of artwork, drawing on the same long sheet of paper, filling in each other's gaps, sharing ideas, making jokes, and enjoying conversations with people we had only just met.
By the end, a group of strangers had created something beautiful together. 🤝🫂🎨🍷

My husband and I had a fantastic time. We loved watching a room full of people connect through creativity, laughter, and good wine. 😊🥂

Thank you, Brad, Ewa, and Liz, for such a memorable experience. We left with more than a piece of art, we left with a lovely memory and a reminder of how enjoyable it is to create something together.

With love, Olesea & Petru xx

Good morning, lovely people 😊
Yesterday i watched two male kickboxing matches 😅 not by choice 😅 here are my insights:

We assume the winner is the most interesting person in the room, but often the deeper story is happening elsewhere.
Many of us are naturally drawn to the winner. The trophy, the applause, the celebration. Victory catches the eye.
Yet sometimes the most revealing moments belong to the person who didn't win.
Defeat has a way of stripping away performance. It leaves a person standing face to face with reality. In those moments, character becomes visible.
Some walk away unable to accept what happened. The mind rushes to find explanations, excuses, reasons why the result shouldn't count. It is a very human response. Most of us have done it at one time or another.
Others do something softer. They get up.
They acknowledge the outcome. They carry the disappointment without needing to rewrite the story. There is a dignity in that which often goes unnoticed.
Winning tells us something about skill. Defeat often tells us something about character.
But there is another side to the story.
Not every lesson belongs to the one who lost.
Sometimes the winner reveals something equally beautiful.
After all, victory can test a person too. It is easy to become absorbed in one's own success. Easy to forget the human being standing on the other side of it.
Yet every now and then, a winner pauses. They check on their opponent. They offer respect instead of superiority. They remember that another person is carrying disappointment in that moment.
Those are the moments that stayed with me 😊
Not because someone won and someone lost.
But because, for a brief moment, two people met reality without losing their humanity.
One accepted defeat without bitterness.
The other accepted victory without arrogance.
And suddenly the result matters a little less than the character of the people involved.
Perhaps that is why such moments feel so moving.
The crowd watches the outcome. But many of us find ourselves watching something else entirely:
How people treat each other when something real is happening.
🤍

By the way.. wasn't the lighting and thunder beautiful this mor

Good morning, lovely people 🤗
One of the most overlooked qualities in many men is not their strength, but their steady reliability.
The responsibility that wakes them up in the morning. The responsibility that keeps them going when they are tired. The responsibility that often goes unnoticed because it doesn't ask for attention.

Many men were taught to carry more than they speak about. To solve problems before they become visible. To protect, provide, fix, support, and keep moving forward.
Sometimes we celebrate the loud expressions of love and forget that love can also look like consistency. 🤍 Like showing up. 🤍 Like keeping promises. 🤍 Like being there year after year.

As children, we often remember the big moments. As adults, we begin to notice the countless small ones. 🤍 The lift home. 🤍 The hand that steadied us. 🤍 The advice we didn't appreciate at the time. 🤍 The silent sacrifices we only understand years later.

Today, let's celebrate the men whose love was expressed through presence, effort, and responsibility.

Happy Father's Day to all the wonderful fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, and father figures who helped shape our lives. You may have been quieter than the world expected, but your impact was never small.🤍

Good morning, lovely people 😊
Have you ever thought about the fact that...
Humans are incredibly good at getting used to things? 🤔
At first that sounds wonderful. It's why a person can survive heartbreak. Adapt to a new country. Recover after loss. Learn difficult skills.
But the same ability can have a shadow.
We can get used to:
°being constantly stressed,
°never resting,
°feeling not good enough,
°relationships that drain us,
°jobs that slowly exhaust us,
°talking to ourselves in ways we'd never talk to a friend.
And because the change is gradual, it starts to feel normal. 😳
➡️ One of the most concerning questions we can ask ourselves is:

✨ "Have I adapted to something that is hurting me?"✨

Not because everything uncomfortable is bad.
But because we can normalize almost anything if it happens slowly enough.
The fish doesn't notice the water. The person doesn't notice the tension in their shoulders. The family doesn't notice the pattern everyone tiptoes around. The creator doesn't notice he's stopped enjoying the thing he once loved.
The strange thing is that awareness often arrives through tiny moments like a holiday, a conversation, a child asking an innocent question...
Something suddenly makes us look again and think: "Hang on... when did this become normal?"

That's the concerning part and also the hopeful part. Because the moment we notice it, we're no longer completely asleep.

Good morning, lovely people 😊
There are things in life that are simple... but not easy. For example :
🔹 It is simple to apologize: "I was wrong." But is not easy.
🔹 It is simple to say: "I miss you." but again for many of us is not easy to say it.
🔹 It is simple to stop checking whether everyone approves of us...and once more.. Not easy.
🔹 It is simple to leave what hurts us. Sure... But is not easy.
🔹 It is simple to tell the truth: "I am scared." "I am jealous." "I don't know." "I need help."... and guess what... is not easy.
🔹 It is simple to notice a sunset. To pet a dog. To dance badly in your kitchen. To laugh until tea comes out of our nose. To call someone we love. To put our phone down. To breathe deeply.. Simple.
But not easy, because easy has very little to do with complexity.

The hardest things are often built from the smallest actions repeated at the exact moment we least want to do them.
Get out of bed. Send the message. Take the walk. Set the boundary. Stay. Leave. Begin again.
A life is not usually changed by grand gestures.
It is changed by ordinary courage, practiced so often that one day we look back and realize:
"I didn't become fearless."
"I just kept choosing what mattered more than fear."
And perhaps that is one of the soft miracles of being human:
Knowing exactly what to do... and finding the strength to do it.

A snail that has taken the relationship with my finger very seriously😅
It wasn't in a hurry.
I wasn't in a hurry.
For a few seconds, two creatures shared the same tiny moment. 😅🤍
