25 years ago today, an 18-year-old David walked through the doors of Syndale Park for his first day… and somehow we’ve managed to keep him ever since! 😄

Over the last 25 years he’s seen countless members, fitness trends come and go, more gym chats about football than anyone could count, and has always been the steady person keeping things running behind the scenes.

We’re incredibly lucky to have someone who’s given so much to the club, our members and our team.

Thanks for 25 years of hard work, dedication, terrible jokes, endless cups of tea and putting up with us all.

Here’s to an amazing milestone… and no, you’re not allowed to retire just yet! 💙🎉
