Your massage doesn’t have to be exactly the same every time.

One week, your neck and shoulders may need most of the attention. Another time, it might be your lower back, legs or general stress levels that are affecting you.

That’s why I begin every appointment by asking how you’re feeling and what you would like from your massage. I can then adapt the areas treated, techniques and pressure to what your body needs that day.

My tailored massages combine techniques from Swedish, sports and deep-tissue massage — there is no standard routine that your body has to fit into.

💆‍♂️ The question everyone wants to ask... but sometimes feels too embarrassed to!

"What should I wear for a massage?" 🤔

The short answer?

👉 Whatever makes YOU feel comfortable.

Whether it's a tailored massage, sports massage, hot stone treatment, or Indian head massage, your privacy, dignity, and comfort should always come first.

A few things that might reassure first-time clients:

✔ You only remove as much clothing as you're comfortable with.
✔ Professional draping means only the area being treated is uncovered.
✔ Your therapist should always explain the treatment beforehand.
✔ Nothing should ever come as a surprise.

For sports massage, wearing shorts or comfortable gym clothing is usually ideal. And if work on the glutes is needed, shorts or underwear that can be moved slightly to one side can help while still maintaining your modesty and comfort.
