Retreat Cyanotype Workshop 🍂

Step by step we will:

• Choose objects and lay on to the light sensitive paper
• Expose the arrangement to UV light
• Wash the print in water to release the blue and white tones
• Hang to dry

Emily from the dark room will be there to support you with any questions you have throughout the workshop and take you through each step with her calm and warming energy.

September Sound Bath | Embracing the Shift 🍁

As the air begins to cool and the days gently shorten, September invites us to slow down, turn inward, and realign.

This month’s sound bath is a space to honor the seasonal transition, to release what no longer serves and root into what truly matters. Let the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and meditative tones support your shift into balance and clarity.

This session will support you in:
•Grounding your energy after a full summer
•Reflecting on what you’re ready to release
•Setting mindful intentions for the months ahead

🌿 The story behind the new Ameace Yoga logo 🌿

When I started working on my new branding, I knew I didn’t simply want a pretty logo. I wanted it to represent what Ameace Yoga means to me, and what I want it to feel like for every person who walks through the door.

I wanted it to be a welcoming, inclusive space for people of all ages, abilities, backgrounds and stages of life.

A space rooted in self-care, personal growth, community and connection where you can simply come as you are.

And then there’s the name… 🤍

Ameace is a combination of my twin girls’ names, Amelia & Grace.

They bring me more joy than I could ever put into words. I wanted a little piece of them to be part of something that means so much to me.

So this logo represents everything I hope Ameace Yoga can be, connection, growth, strength, softness and belonging.

A space to breathe, move, rest, connect and grow. 🌿

A little piece of me, inspired by my girls, created for everyone. 🤍
