Beginner Yoga Course – 4 Week Foundations
🧘 A gentle 4-week beginner yoga course designed for anyone who wants to start from the beginning, slow down, and reconnect with their body in a supportive space.
This is for you if you:
* are completely new to yoga
* haven’t practised in a long time
* feel disconnected from your body or overwhelmed by life
* want a calm, non-judgemental place to begin
Each week we will build simple foundations:
* breath awareness
* gentle movement and mobility
* grounding and nervous system support
* basic yoga postures explained clearly and slowly
There is no flexibility required, no experience needed, and nothing to “get right.”
