Somewhere along the way, insta became all about selling. And since I’ve stopped teaching Clubbercise I overthink everything so post nothing.

So for now,it’s gonna be a bit more random. Which to be honest, is much more me…all over the place.

Tonight I went to this shuffle class! runs sessions on Thursdays. We spent the whole hour learning this choreography, bit by bit and half the speed. Go give Grace a follow for all the class info. Highly recommend. If anyone wants to come with me, give me a shout ✨✨✨

This classic beginner line dance is called The Maverick Shuffle. I’ve chosen to do this to ‘I Had Some Help’ by Post Malone.

There’s a small tag on wall 3 which is just an additional 4 side close side/back rocks.

What other songs have any of you danced these steps to? Let me know 🤠

A fantastic 5 weeks of line dancing at Leechpool. We’ve been learning a few songs and tonight we filmed 2 🙌🏻

Even when you know a dance, the thought of being filmed can be really daunting. So huge well done to these guys. Aren’t they amazing?!

There’s never any pressure to stay and be recorded. I want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the classes. That’s the most important. But what’s nice about filming some dances is that you get to see what I see every lesson…amazing job guys 🤠😁💕

A huge heartfelt thanks to you all for not only giving the BEST energy at my last Clubbercise class, but also for the cards, gifts, flowers & messages of thanks.

There were some truly wonderful messages and I’m really sad I won’t see you all so regularly!

Over my 9 years of teaching this class I’ve thought so much of all of you. I’ve heard about births, marriages, menopause, job changes, losses. New cars, new houses and holiday’s. I think about injuries you have/had, how you feel when your children go to university or travelling. The lot!!

That is what’s special about these classes, the bond we make without even realising it. And all in a secondary school hall on a Tuesday night throwing some glowsticks around in the dark 💃

Thank you for sticking with me all this time, it means the world.

Just a little information about booking future classes:

The easiest way to book is through the GymCatch app. Once you’ve downloaded it, simply search for “Workout with Kate.” From there, head to the Schedule section where you’ll be able to find and book the class you’d like to attend.

You can enter your payment details at checkout, and these can be saved for future bookings to make things even quicker next time. Classes are currently available to book for the next four weeks.

If you have any problems or questions at all, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. I’m really looking forward to seeing you all next week!
