Phone lines fully restored 📞

The technical issues affecting our telephone lines over the last few days have now been fully resolved, and our systems are operating as normal.

Patients, carers, and families can now contact all departments directly using our standard numbers.

Thank you so much for your patience and cooperation while we worked with our provider to fix the problem.

📞 Important Update: Maternity Services Phone Lines 📞

Please be aware we are currently experiencing intermittent issues with some phone lines.

If you are unable to get through to the maternity team by phone and have any concerns about your pregnancy or wellbeing, please attend the Pregnancy Assessment Unit (PAU) for advice and assessment.

We are looking for people who have used the maternity services at the QE in the last few years to join us for a walk through. Known as '15 Steps', this process gives you an opportunity to tell us what you think of the facilities and services and how we can make
improvements.
