Prosze zatrzymaj się na chwilę.
Skoro to czytasz, to znaczy, że ta chwila jest właśnie dla Ciebie.
Mamo…kiedy ostatnio miałaś czas tylko dla siebie? Tato…kiedy pozwoliłeś sobie odpuścić tę maskę siły? Właśnie o to chodzi – ten post to nie tylko zaproszenie na masaż.
To zaproszenie, byś na moment zobaczył, zobaczyła, że masaż to chwila bycia sobą bez osądu.

Dotyk to coś, czego nie da się kupić ani zastąpić.
W tej chwili możesz po prostu poczuć, że nie jesteś sam czy sama.
Pozwól sobie na ten oddech, na to, by ktoś Cię wysłuchał bez słów, byś poczuł ciepło dłoni, które mówią: widzę Cię, jesteś ważny, jesteś ważna.

A ja mówię to z własnego doświadczenia: widzę, jak ludzie przychodzą i proszą o tę chwilę dotyku, o moment, w którym mogą być sobą, mogą na chwilę zrzucić zbroję.

Czasem ludzie przychodzą na masaż…
i tak naprawdę nie chodzi o plecy.

Chodzi o to, że nikt ich nie dotykał od miesięcy.
Albo od lat.

Chodzi o to, że nikt ich nie słucha,
że nikt nie pyta: „Jak się dziś naprawdę czujesz?”

Chodzi o to, że cały świat chce czegoś od nich –
ale nikt nie daje nic z serca.

A potem nagle jest ktoś,
kto położy dłoń z troską,
kto potrzyma chwilę ciszy,
kto nie będzie oceniał.

I wtedy…
wszystko w środku mięknie.

Uczucia są ważne.
Pokazywanie ich nie jest słabością.
To odwagi uczy nas życie.

I czasem dotyk może być mocniejszy niż tysiąc słów.
Może uzdrawiać.
Może mówić: „Jesteś ważna. Jesteś widziany. Jesteś tu.”

I choć to tylko chwila,
zostaje w nas na długo.

Dlatego wierzę w masaż.
Ale jeszcze bardziej wierzę w uczucie, które za nim stoi.
