We are hiring Care Manager for one of our new office in New Milton.

Our mission is to ensure the highest quality of life for those we serve, providing person centred care, independence and supporting living at home for as long as possible.

As the Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our regulated care services. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage staff performance, and foster a culture of respect in care delivery. Must have understanding of CQC.

You will work along the Nominated Individual who is fully hands on, so you will not be alone.

Salary: £33,500 to £41,500 per annum + quarterly performance bonus.
Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30

🏠 Keep your home cool by closing curtains and blinds during the hottest part of the day.
🌳 Stay in shaded or air-conditioned areas whenever possible.

🚶 Avoid strenuous activity during peak temperatures.
📞 Keep in regular contact with family, friends, or neighbours.

About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Worker to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. This rewarding role involves helping clients maintain their independence while ensuring their safety, dignity, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting clients with personal care such as washing, dressing, and grooming
• Supporting with medication prompts where required
• Preparing light meals and assisting with feeding if needed
• Helping with light household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting clients with mobility and safe transfers
• Keeping accurate records of care provided and reporting any concerns

Requirements:
• A caring and compassionate nature
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability and punctuality for early morning visits
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
• A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred due to community-based visits
