Scoliosis? It’s not what you think it is.

Most people are told their spine is crooked, it’s permanent, and there’s nothing they can do.

But here’s the truth: scoliosis is not a sentence. It’s a pattern.

A pattern of tension, compensation, and uneven loading that built up in the body over time.

Yes, the curve is real.

But the way your body adapts around it, that can change.

Whatever movement patterns you repeat most become the patterns your body trusts.

Not because they are “correct”. Because they are familiar.

The body is constantly solving problems.

If a joint stops moving well, the nervous system finds another way through.

Another strategy. Another route.
