Empower Hour workshops are designed for those wanting to gain knowledge on working with crystals in a short space of time.

These are personalised one-to-one intensive sessions in which you will learn some effective ways to work with your crystals.

You choose what you would like to cover in your session and have an hour of my time to ask questions and practice some healing techniques with crystals.

This course works well for those with busy schedules and who enjoy practical learning.

I love helping my clients to support their own well being and share my knowledge and love of crystals.
