Happy Chinese New Year - 17th February 2026, the year of the Yang Fire Horse, occurring every 60 years

Horses symbolise strong energy, passion and freedom, combined with the Fire element you can expect fast moving innovation and dynamic bold transformation this coming year. Things that were stagnant and slow moving last year will shift in pace and we may break free from old cycles.

Whilst fire is transformative, it is also hard to control. It can bring heightened emotions requiring mindful management. Stay grounded and avoid impulsiveness. Be mindful of finding balance as constant fast moving yang energy can cause adrenal fatigue. Manage this with adequate rest and prioritise sleep to avoid burnout.

🔸 Acupuncture is already integrated into mainstream healthcare in several countries:
✅ Statutory regulated in Australia, New Zealand, and Portugal
✅ Covered by healthcare insurance in Germany and New Zealand
