🌠 A dream realised today. ✨
Today I became a Reiki Master Teacher, receiving my attunement at Rocks 'N Reiki with the wonderful Wendy.
I'm incredibly grateful for her guidance, support, and wisdom, and honoured to take this next step on my Reiki path. My heart is full, and I'm excited to continue sharing Reiki with others and helping them discover its healing potential.
Here's to new beginnings, deeper learning, and serving with love and gratitude. 💜✨

Had such a wonderful time today after being invited by Robyn from Wild at Heart to spend time with the girls making spell jars in the heart of nature. 🌿✨
The girls chose intentions of protection, courage, and good luck, and together we explored the fascinating history behind spell jars and their origins. We talked about how, in centuries gone by, spell jars often contained personal items such as urine, hair, and fingernails as part of traditional folk magic and protective practices.
Thankfully, our jars were filled with much lovelier ingredients! 🌸💎 We used a variety of herbs and crystals, discussing the properties and benefits of each one, and how setting a clear intention can help make the process meaningful and personal. Watching the girls carefully choose their ingredients and focus their thoughts and wishes into their jars was truly special.
There was something magical about creating them outdoors, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. It made the experience feel even more connected, mindful, and memorable.
A huge thank you to Robyn for the invitation and for creating such a beautiful space for learning, creativity, and connection. What a fantastic experience from start to finish. 🍃✨

🌠Last night's Skincare Workshop at Rocks 'N Reiki was a wonderful evening of self-care, learning, and laughter! ✨
Led by Tropic Ambassador Alexa, we began by checking our skin's hydration and oil levels to see just how happy our skin was. 💧🌿
After popping on our bamboo headbands, we cleansed our faces using Tropic's beautiful skincare products (a personal favourite) before treating ourselves to relaxing face masks. Along the way, we learned lots about skincare, discovered what our skin really needs, and enjoyed plenty of fun conversations too.
A huge thank you to Alexa and everyone who joined us for such a lovely evening. 💚
