🌿Join Chris & Steven for our 8-Week Healing Circle at The Purple Mountain, where you'll be supported in exploring healing from the inside out.
🌿This is an 8-week commitment, for those who are ready to invest in themselves, embrace the inner work, and grow alongside a supportive community.
🌿 We'll explore the art of self-healing by learning to hold space for ourselves and others. Together we'll gently work through the inner mirror, exploring the illusions, distortions, emotional blocks, and limiting beliefs that can prevent us from living with greater peace, confidence, and authenticity.
🌿This healing circle is open to all levels of experience—whether you're completely new to healing or have been on your spiritual journey for years.
🌿Each week will include:
✨ Guided meditations
✨ Group healing sessions
✨ Powerful one-to-one and partner healing practices
✨ Ancient Kaihannah Chakra Realignments and energy healing techniques
✨ Practical discussions on healing, energy, and spiritual wellbeing
✨ Plenty of opportunities to ask questions and share experiences
We'll also be introducing weekly herbal wellbeing practices, exploring natural ways to support the body through:
