Neck, shoulder and upper back pain are common issues we see especially in people spending prolonged periods at their desk.

Adjusting your positioning and posture to minimise the effects helps, alongside regular breaks/movement.

Massage can help relieve general stress and tension but sometimes a little more support is required.

Get in touch to make an appointment with our chiropractors. We can’t change the stress of your job but we can help with the stress on your body!

Thank you!
On behalf of all of us at the clinic to all of you, it’s been another busy year for us and has just flown by. We genuinely are grateful to the support everyone shows us and it really is a privilege to be able to do the work we do. Having a great team is also no small part of that and once again I’m a very lucky to have them!
