Welcoming and fun! Classes of gentle, flowing Dru Yoga suitable for all ages and all bodies! When I first walked into a Dru Yoga class, it changed my life. I love to teach and share the gentle, beautiful Dru sequences. I love to see the calmness and peace in students' eyes at the end of the class and love to hear their laughter when we've having fun! As someone who came to yoga late in life, I'm very aware that we're not all bendy and without health issues - my classes are accessible to all.
