Hello everyone just to update to my precious clients that my little one has arrived safe and sound and I will be off for maternity leave for 6 months hope you all have a great new year 2026

Dear my beloved clients, I just wanted to share my good and sad news and that I am now pregnant and I will have to stop taking new clients starting from January 2026 until further notice (at least 1 year) and definitely be back in 2027. I’m so happy for my new adventure, having a family and so sad that I have to stop doing what I love just for now.

For my new clients, I am already fully booked for this year. I can’t take anymore unless there are any cancellations. Thank you to everyone who has contacted me and so sorry about that.

I hope to see everyone again soon once I’m adjusted to my new routine once the baby is here.

I very much appreciate it.

I would like to thank The College of Foot Care Practitioners in King's Lynn “The Foot Care Centre Kings Lynn” for the wonderful training that helped me receive my diploma over two years ago. I have enjoyed being able to help many people because of this. I would also like to thank my mother in law “Chumliang” who gave me a lot of opportunities. I’ve learned a lot from her.

What is ’Phlai’ ?
Phlai is a Rhizome in the ginger family. It’s a relative of ginger, tumaric and galanga. Phlai has been used in traditional Thai massage for many years to combat joint and muscle problems.

What is the benefit of Phlai Oil?
It’s used increasingly for management of pain, especially for any chronic conditions such as arthritis, inflammatory digestive disorders, inflammatory skin conditions and inflammatory respiratory conditions. It is also great for helping torn ligaments, tendonitis, muscular spasm, menstrual cramps and basically any chronic joint pain. It can also be used for general colds and flu blends and can be used alongside or instead of Tea Tree.
