Something arrived this week that I want to share.

I'm Laura Morrice, The Chakra Coach. For over 25 years, I've been reading, interpret and aligning energy patterns that shape identity, behaviour and results.

Two previous clients reached out this week, unprompted, wothin days of each other. Both saying a version of the same thing...
"I can feel my next level, it's time to work with you again."

One is high-end corporate coach.
She came to me with unworthiness blocks. Now she reads the energy of a room before she she speaks.
She read signals in nature with precision l... crows, plants, the way something catches her attention and tells her something she needs to know.

This has saved her from serious car accidents. Helped her make her daughters important tennis match.
Delivered keynotes witb such precision that organisers say she delivers exactly what is needed in the moment.

The other, a banking professional, kept find herself in toxic, male-dominated workspaces.
She kept changing jobs... until she changed her energy.

My period arrived unannounced today (joys of perimenopause)

I had a podcast recording and a 1:1 client call scheduled.

I honoured both and showed up in my best energy.

Then I said, that's enough.
Now it's time for nurture, not pushing through.

And yet I know many women reading this felt something shift in their chest just now.
Because we've been conditioned to override this.
To push through.
To apologise for out own biology.
To feel shame about something, that for women, is as natural as breathing.

The guilt and shame around your own body, your own needs, your own right to rest?

That's not a period problem.
That's an unworthiness pattern.

And, it doesn't just show up once a month.

It shows up in how you price your work, how you speak in meetings, how much you ask for and how little you allow yourself to receive.

The pattern has a root. And the root can be found.
