"I'm stepping back. On purpose.

For the last twelve to eighteen months, I've shown up here consistently, daily, some weeks more than that. That commitment grew my numbers, yes, but what mattered more was what it grew in me. Real clarity on my message, my brand, and how I actually want to work.

Here's the truth behind that last part.

I've always struggled with discipline around daily structure and routine, and if you're an entrepreneur, you probably know exactly what I mean.

I need structure.

But I also need the freedom to be spontaneous the moment that urge takes me, or the structure starts to feel like a cage instead of a container.

That sounds like a contradiction, doesn't it.

But that's what individual alignment actually looks like and it's the part that trips so many people up, because they believe there's something fundamentally wrong with them for not being able to force their business into a shape that doesn't fit how they actually want to live.

There isn't.

The work was never making yourself fit the structure. It's building a structure that fits you.

That's what the next seven days are actually about. Not just new software, not just new admin support, building the underlying structure and strategy that doesn't only make my business work, but makes it work in a way that's aligned with me, with my whole life, not just the parts that are easy to optimise.

I can feel the pull, even writing this, to just schedule something anyway, just to be safe.

That tightness is real.

I know exactly what silence costs here, the algorithm won't like it, and after over a year of consistency, some part of me is genuinely uncomfortable admitting that out loud.

And I want to be honest about something else while I'm at it. I'm hosting round three of the Pattern Reset Protocol right now, live, with a group going through it as we speak. I don't just guide people through that process from the outside, I do it myself, alongside them, every round, because I won't ask anyone to walk somewhere I'm not willing to walk myself. This step back isn't just a decision, it's part of the work that is required for rewriting a pattern that doesn't serve me.

Alignment isn't the safe choice. It's the honest one. If I actually believe what I've been telling you all week, that you don't have to keep proving yourself through constant doing, then this is where I get to prove it to myself, not just say it to you.

So for the next seven days, this page goes quiet. And honestly, I'm as excited as I am scared. Maybe more. This isn't fear carrying this decision, it's aligned faith and trust doing the heavy lifting instead.

If you've ever felt like something was wrong with you because your business wouldn't fit around your life the way you wanted it to, I'd love to know. Tell me in the comments. I'll read them all when I'm back."

And be sure to follow so I appear in your feed once I'm back 💚✨️

"He saw the pattern. Not himself.

A client of mine, an offshore worker, on his third marriage before thirty, watched it start heading the same way as the other two.

Same fights.
Same ending, right on schedule.

Once we found the pattern he'd inherited from his father, not chosen, just carried, he could finally see why he kept doing what he swore he wouldn't.

That's when he actually released it, and started matching his thoughts, emotions and actions to his own energy, not his father's, not his mother's.

His wife noticed before he even said anything.

For the first time ever, he enjoyed being away for work, fully present without the distraction of arguments offshore.

When he got home there was no argument waiting at the door either, the first time that had happened in three marriages.

Curious about your own patterns? Take the diagnostic. Comment PATTERN and I'll send you the link 💚✨️

On Saturday, I didn't do anything special.

Leo's new bed arrived with the centre beam broken, so first thing in the morning my step-daughter's boyfriend welded it for me, (thank you Universe, you always have my back!)

He's a welder, ten minutes, job done , and I spent the rest of the morning building it.

We went out and chose throws and cushions so he could make his "grown-up teenager" room properly his own.

Then we picked up some tray bakes and went to see my mum. Cup of tea. One of those old films that always seems to be on a Saturday afternoon and never seems to end.

Home again, I did the ironing in the living room while Leo watched anime next to me, then made dinner.

That was the whole day.

And it gave me one of the most genuine feelings of contentment, gratitude and abundance I've had in a long time.

Because somewhere around the ironing, that smell of clean washing, I was back being a little girl.

Every Saturday my dad was home, we drove up to Keith to see my granny. We'd pick up my Auntie Dally on the way. Dad would bring fish, or we'd stop at the chip shop. We'd spend the whole day there, in and out of the house, playing outside, then do the rounds of two or three more aunties and uncles before heading home.

Nothing flamboyant ever happened on those Saturdays either.

It was just connection. Honest, ordinary connection between people, and being fully in the moment with each other.

Here's where I want to go deeper than a caption usually allows, and I'm not going to dress this up as pure psychology to make it easier to hear, because it isn't. It's energy.

Alignment does help you get what you want. But only once you're relating to yourself honestly, the real self, not the conditioned one.

Most of us are, without realising it, chasing what we were taught to want because of our conditioning.

What looked like success to our parents, our industry, the version of us built to be acceptable, impressive, safe.

That conditioned self can absolutely get things. It's just rarely satisfied by them, because it was never actually asking for what it wanted. It was asking for what it learned to want.

I read energy patterns for a living.

What I'm describing isn't a metaphor for a psychological process, it's what I actually work with, in myself and in the women I coach.

When you do the work of coming back to who you actually are underneath all of that, alignment stops being about acquiring more to prove something.

It becomes about seeing what you already have through an entirely different lens, and more than seeing it, actually feeling it, energetically.

Not the ego's version of feeling, which is really just reaching for the next thing to try and fill the hole that disconnection leaves.

That's what Saturday gave me. Not more. Just the ability to actually feel what was already there, but in a way that made me more connected to wealth and abundance than material objects ever could.

What's something you already have that you've stopped truly feeling? Tell me in the comments.

31/08/2026

The smell of the ironing transported me back to a time where the present moment delivered more wealth than any physical.form.of abundance ever could.

My day looked like nothing special, very ordinary, every day stuff.

Probably alot like your day.

But I know the other version of you.
The one still scrolling with one thumb as the kettle boils.

Still half listening on a call or in a conversation because part of you is searching for the next thing, justifying the action that separates you from the very moment you already have everything in.

But this isn't exciting right?

It isn't something that equates to success and making it in life is it?

Wrong! It's everything.

Follow if you want less filters and fluff around what energy alignment really is and, why it matters more than you know.

Most people never actually go to the root. They stay on the surface.
Managing the symptom, apologising for the outburst, promising themselves "not again", without ever asking why it keeps happening in the first place.

The only thing you really know for certain is that you keep doing it.
The same reaction.
The same words out before you've decided to say them.
The same quiet promise afterward that this was the last time, and then it isn't.

Here's the actual mechanism.
A pattern doesn't repeat because you're weak, or because you haven't tried hard enough to stop it.
It repeats because the root of it has never actually been addressed, only the symptom has.
You can manage a symptom for years. It'll still be there, because the thing feeding it never left.

Going to the root means asking what this reaction was actually protecting you from in the first place, not to relive it, but to finally address the part of you still running the old programme, decades after the moment that wrote it.

What's the thing you keep doing that you don't fully understand? Tell me in the comments.

28/08/2026

Most of us don't remember when this started.

Save this, you'll want to come back to it.

What we do know is that we keep doing it anyway.

The same reaction
The same words out before we've decided to say them.
The same quiet promise afterward that this was the last time.

Awareness of it was never the missing piece. Going back to where it actually started is.

I lost three hours this morning.

I lay down in my copper pyramid around 10am, Super Seven quart chakra set in hand, for what was meant to be a longer meditation than usual because I had more time than usual, its day before the eclipse so I thought "Yes, let's really carve out time for deeper development work today."

I know m how my meditations feel, Ove been doing them long enough.

I know roughly how long they run, even if they're not timed.

Today wasn't that.

I opened my eyes at 1:25pm 🫣🤫🤔

Three hours gone, and I hadn't drifted off the way you do on the sofa watching TV. I'd gone somewhere.

My body took itself there without asking me, kept me there for exactly as long as it needed, and only gave me back once it was done... it's been a long time since that has happened!

Here's the part that I want to get over and point out, I didn't fight it.

I didn't wake up spiralling about the lost morning, or the to-do list, or what it means that The Chakra Coach slept through half her day.

I trusted that my body knew something I didn't, and I let it finish what it started.

That's the actual practice, if I'm honest.

Not the pyramid.
Not the crystals.

Being able to read your own signals accurately enough to trust what comes up, even when it's inconvenient, or not what you had planned for.

Most people can't tell those two things apart in themselves.

Because we've learned to override that signal so early we don't even clock it as a choice anymore.

The yawn you talk straight through.
The heaviness behind your eyes you blame on the screen, not your body.
The ache that's been sitting in your shoulders for a week that you've decided is just 'how you are now.

When did you last actually listen to what your body was asking for, instead of pushing through it because you had placed other expectations on yourself or the day?

Thirty days, one pattern, real resolution, that's exactly what it's built for, and exactly why it works.

But it's a start, the entry point to energetic literacy, not a ceiling.

Every round, without fail, someone finishes and asks, "What do I do with everything I just uncovered?"

I've been building the answer for a while now, quietly, because I wanted it to actually be ready before I said anything.

It's called Chakra Blueprint™️, an 8-week container for people who've already done the foundational root-work and are ready to keep going deeper, not repeat the same first step somewhere else.

It closes the gap I've watched people fall into for years, finish something transformative, then have nowhere real to take the momentum.

It isn't open yet.
When it is, it'll be capped, the same way the Protocol is, this isn't going to be a program built for a crowd. It's a program built for those who understand the importance of being literate in their own energy alignment.

If you want to be told before it opens publicly, comment BLUEPRINT. I won't send you anything 😂
But I'll make sure you're informed before it goes public.

27/08/2026

The Protocol was never the finish line.

Its the entry point that delivers real results alingnwith heightened awareness.

Something new is coming for the ones who finish the 30 days and want to go further down the path of energwtic mastery.

Not open publicly yet, I'm planting the seed with you all.

Comment BLUEPRINT, I won't send you anything 😂
But Ill take your name and make sure you'll hear before anyone else does.
