Those Frinton Rotary heroes are at it again in 2026. Sponsored Walk to raise funds on behalf of Dementia UK- 30 miles in September!

We were front page news last year and the top team in the country! Please look out for our posters and posts, as we embark upon on this wonderful effort, and donate generously.

Dementia affects so many of us, directly, indirectly and by association. Anything we can all do to raise funds and awareness cannot be understated! Pfw
