One of the many joys of Gayles is having the space to practise outdoors when the weather allows. Surrounded by gardens, birdsong and the beautiful flowers, these moments invite us to slow down, breathe deeply and appreciate the simple pleasure of being present.

Spring has arrived at Gayles

The hammocks are up, the outdoor pool is open, and the gardens are full of blossom and spring flowers!

We’ve got many Walking, Yoga, Meditation, and Silence retreats coming up with Roz, including a four-day Bank Holiday escape from 22–25 May, with yoga, meditation, walks across the Sussex Downs and Seven Sisters, nourishing homemade food, rest, and time to properly slow down.
