🌈 A milestone worth celebrating 🌈

I am delighted to share that I have officially qualified as a Therapeutic Play Practitioner with APAC and .

This qualification represents years of study, personal growth, clinical placements, supervision, reflection, and countless hours spent supporting children through the language they know best – play. 🌟

Alongside leading Rainbow Flow, I now offer Therapeutic Play support to schools, charities, community organisations and other settings looking to enhance emotional wellbeing provision for children and young people.

Therapeutic Play can provide children with a safe, accepting space to explore feelings, build resilience, process experiences and strengthen emotional wellbeing through creative and child-led play.

I am passionate about helping children feel seen, heard and understood, and I am excited to continue developing this work across Somerset, Wiltshire and the surrounding areas.

Absolutely LOVE this idea 🥰

I’ve never seen one of these before. A wind phone. Si King shared it on Instagram the other day.

I think it might be a Japanese idea originally where there’s a disconnected phone in a garden.

People go there to talk to the people they’ve lost. Not because anyone answers or because it “fixes” grief.

Just because sometimes love needs somewhere to go. I think that’s beautiful.

We spend so much time pretending we’re fine, moving on, staying busy, “being strong”

Meanwhile, a little old rotary phone in the wind is quietly reminding people that missing someone is normal. That continuing the conversation is normal.

This weekend I was back in Edinburgh for my Diploma in Play Therapy with ! A marathon and a heatwave to keep us on our toes. Loving the journey with the most fantastic cohort of women, so grateful to be on this adventure with them
