Another brilliant morning spent running our Newtlings movement and storytelling sessions. It was a joy to spend time with the wonderful families that joined us to celebrate Father’s Day and the . Looking forward to seeing you all on the 13th July for our next event.

☀️ Extreme heat warning in place ☀️

The Met Office has issued a rare Red Extreme Heat Warning for parts of southern England, warning of potential danger to life and significant impact on daily life and services. The South West is also under a Heat Health Alert.

Please take care during the current spell of exceptionally hot weather.

Avoid leaving your house if you can stay cool there, and don't make unnecessary journeys. However, if your home becomes too hot, you are welcome to spend time in one of Frome's cool spaces, including Frome Town Hall, The Key Centre and the Cheese and Grain.

⛱️Keep homes shaded during the day
👀Check on elderly neighbours, friends and relatives 🏃🏽Avoid strenuous activity in the hottest part of the day

☀️ Summer Solstice ☀️

Today is the longest day of the year and a wonderful opportunity to pause and celebrate the light around us.

At Rainbow Flow, we spend so much time helping children and adults notice the little things that help us shine; kindness, laughter, movement, imagination, friendship and connection.

The solstice reminds us that growth takes time, every season has a purpose, and even the smallest seed can bloom when given the right conditions.

Today we’re celebrating sunshine, play, wellbeing and the joy of being together.
