We’re Hiring – Part-Time Receptionists (2 Positions Available)
We are looking for two friendly, reliable part-time Receptionists to join our small, welcoming podiatry and sports massage therapy practice in Frome.
Hours: 12–15 hours per week
Pay: £13 per hour
Start: ASAP
This is a friendly and well-run clinic with a generally steady pace, ideal for someone who enjoys a people-facing role, small talk and takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly.
What the role involves
• Welcoming patients and creating a friendly first impression
• Answering calls, booking appointments, and taking payments
• Calling patients when needed
• General housekeeping and cleaning of clinical equipment
• Helping with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
What we’re looking for
• A friendly, approachable person who can easily chat with a wide variety of people
• Someone with good common sense who can use their initiative
• Comfortable using computers, with basic knowledge of Excel and Word
• Confident handling bookings and payments
• Ability to cover some holiday shifts when required
Bonus skills (not essential)
• Experience with Canva and social media
• Ability to help with social media updates and post scheduling
• Familiarity with Cliniko clinical booking software (training will be provided)
⚠️ Important: You must not be squeamish about feet!
Working pattern
• Hours worked Monday to Friday, with very occasional Saturdays (no more than one every two months)
• No bank holiday working
