🧘‍♀️🫖 Today at the Round Tower in Joney from and moi (Sarah) held the most beautiful sacred Yoga & Tea ritual workshop. 🦋
It was truly wonderful, we’ve been running these wellbeing workshops since last autumn/winter as a heart offering to frome and surrounding communities to bring one back to heart space (Anahata Chakra), gather as community spirits and really relax, rejuvenate and nourish our souls and lifting our spirits in a time of such uncertainty. We’ve been bringing the real stuff ‘home’ creating peace, calm, stillness and most importantly connect, deep heart connections 💓

As the Moon moves into Leo today, I was thinking about something that's come up in conversation a few times recently: gratitude.

It's easy to dismiss gratitude as a nice spiritual idea, but neuroscience tells us something fascinating. When we consciously focus on what's going well, we begin to train our brain to notice more of it. Over time, that can change how we experience our lives.

Today's astrology supports exactly that.

Venus, the planet of love, pleasure, beauty, and appreciation, is making a lovely connection to Neptune, helping us tune into the goodness around us. A kind word. A helping hand. A moment of peace. A person we love.

At the same time, Venus is also in a challenging angle to Pluto, which can bring intense feelings to the surface. If something feels complicated today, gratitude can be a powerful way to shift your focus without pretending that challenges don't exist.

The Moon in Leo reminds us to lead with our hearts.

So here's a simple invitation for today:

Take a moment to think of one person, one experience, or one blessing in your life that you're genuinely grateful for.
