We're delighted to introduce our new Recruitment Coordinator, Natalie, who has joined Hayley as part of our recruitment team this week. We're excited to have her on board and can't wait for her to meet candidates looking to make a real difference in our community.

💷 Our rates of pay:
✨ £13.50 per hour – Weekdays
🎉 £15.00 per hour – Weekend
🚗 £12.71 per hour – Travel Time
⛽ 45p per mile mileage

💙 About the Role:
As a Care Assistant with Spire Homecare, you will be supporting people in their own homes to live safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible. Your role will involve helping with personal care, assisting with mobility, supporting emotional wellbeing, preparing meals, administering medication once trained, and providing companionship to those who may feel isolated or vulnerable.

No two days are the same, and the role is incredibly rewarding for someone who is compassionate, caring, and enjoys making a positive difference in people’s lives. You will be part of a supportive team and receive full training and ongoing support throughout your career with us.

📍 Requirements:
✔️ Female applicants only
✔️ Full UK Driving Licence & access to a car
✔️ Friendly, caring & positive attitude
✔️ Must be available from 07:00am
✔️ Available to work Morning / Lunch / Evening shifts
