I’ve found it really difficult at times to find inspiration on what to post. I don’t want to film my clients, I’ve done a few photos and a couple of videos and something seems to get lost in translation for me.

Because the truth is you don’t know I’m an amazing therapist until you’ve been to see me.

What works for your mate isn’t necessarily going to work for you.

Personally I love a recommendation, and I love you lot recommending me, sometimes that works, sometimes you have to explore for yourself.

So if you’re looking for something more peaceful than a sports massage, and more structural and personal than a spa massage, get on and book and see if I’m for you.

Beautiful words from one of my favourite humans.

A lot of people come to me who are around my age, like attracts like etc. but I love nothing more than helping the older generations feel more mobile, move well, and enjoy their bodies into older age.

So if you’re a little older and think I won’t have time or interest in you, think again!

It always erks me that people consider massage as a luxury.

It’s essential maintenance for your body and mind actually.

It’s listening to your body and showing her she deserves care, time, attention, love.

It’s carving out time for yourself when no one else is asking anything of you.

It’s knowing that you are looking after your one and only body in this life and treating and preventing pain, injury and ageing.
