I'm not flexible enough for yoga.

I hear this all the time.

And guess what flexibility is a side effect of yoga not a prerequisite.

The only part of you that needs to flexible to start yoga is your mindset. The flexibility to try something new or even try again with a different teacher.

What do you have to lose - maybe that rigid mindset that your not flexible enough for yoga!

What do have to gain -
Improved - posture, flexibility, quality of sleep, strees reduction.

Also friendship, laughter, support and a welcoming community.

All classes at YMS are suitable for beginners.

Monday 9.15am - £13pp
Supple health - pilates and functional movement
A fun and informative class for those want to improve mobility and stability.

Monday 7.30pm -£13pp
Friday 9.15am - £13pp
Yoga Movement - sustainable movement and mindful stillness.
A fun class for this wishing to move better and feel better.

Wednesday 9.15am & 6pm - £13pp
Yin Yoga - stretch and relaxation.
A quiet class for those wishing to find calmness of mind, body and soul.
A very beneficial class for easing away those daily aches and pains.

Thursday 7pm - £15pp
Yoga Flow-ish - Adding strength to your practice.
A class to improve flexibility and resilience of the mind and body.

Booking is essential for all classes.
