Suns out, and unfortunately it’s hay fever season! 😭

Are your eyes itchy/irritated/watery (like mine)?

Here are some of my favourite ways to help soothe allergy symptoms….

🤺Hycosan Dual – A preservative-free eye drop that provides dual-action relief by hydrating dry eyes while helping to ease allergy-related itching and burning (suitable for contact lens wearers)

🌻Optase Allergy Eye Drops – Designed to help relieve itchy and watery eyes associated with hay fever, leaving your eyes feeling more comfortable (handy vials to pop in your pocket or handbag on the go)

🐝Optase Manuka Oil Eyelid Wipes – Pollen doesn’t just settle on your eyes—it can collect on your eyelids and lashes too. These gentle wipes cleanse, soothe and hydrate the eyelids, helping to remove allergens and leave your eyes feeling refreshed. (Tip - rip one wipe in half and use one for each eye to avoid cross contamination and make your wipes last longer 😉)

It’s been a week since we reopened the doors of our fabulous new practice and we’ve loved hearing all the positive feedback from patients both old and new!!!

We have a lot of people to thank-especially in Garstang-what an amazing local community we have🙌

Thank you Peter A Howard for coming to officially reopen the practice you started 53 years ago. Although happily retired for 20ish years we really value your unwavering support🫶

Thank you to our Mayor and longstanding patient Elizabeth Webster for also officially reopening the practice-your support and kind words are much appreciated!!😍

Thank you to our accountants Towers + Gornall Limited for allowing us to work from your offices whilst we were closed!! We hope we didn’t disturb you all too much🤞
