💥 Today I proudly received my Teaching Certificate in Massage Therapy, and it feels like a very special milestone in my journey.
Almost 10 years ago, I began my path in massage therapy with a passion for helping people feel better in their bodies and minds. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to learning, growing, and refining my skills. What started as a passion has become a career that I truly love.
Today, I am incredibly grateful that I can take the next step and share that passion with others by teaching and mentoring future therapists. It is an honour to pass on the techniques, knowledge, and experience that I have developed through years of practice.
A special thank you to my amazing massage teacher, Lynn Kane from LK Well-being and Empowerment Academy . Thank you for always believing in me, supporting me, and encouraging me to keep growing. Your guidance has played a huge part in this achievement.
I am excited for this new chapter and cannot wait to see you at the college and on my upcoming courses very soon!

Today I had the pleasure of visiting the women’s group in Garvagh at the GADDA Centre 💛

I spoke about the Power of Touch and its importance for overall wellbeing — helping to reduce stress, ease muscular tension, and support the nervous system.

As it was a small group, I was able to offer each participant a short sample of massage, allowing everyone to experience the benefits firsthand. Our youngest attendee also enjoyed a peaceful nap during the relaxation time, adding to the calm and nurturing atmosphere of the session😊
