🍗 🐔 Another fab recipe from peri peri chicken with giant cous cous and spinach. Was lovely I left the passata out though and just added a teeny bit of water

I tested my new purchase from dips to make a Swip free garlic dip, delicious and there's loads left.

This was a yummy breakfast, I had it last week too-

Just had a meal out in a local restaurant in their secret garden! Wow what a sun trap.

The others got the potato skin and pizza meal deal, I got peppercorn chicken with veg.

Yes the sauce is swiperific ( and delicious) but far better choice food optimising wise than the meal deal. This was dinner and tea rolled into one so if I'm hungry later I can have some fruit.

Now settled at home getting some work done .
