Everyone knows I love a kitchen gadget - absolutely love this egg storage from , the eggs slide down . Means I have more room in my fridge too!

So I went in the on the team valley again after Evie's opticians appointment as she wanted to go in, we got some of the cheap and spotted lots of friendly things for low swips or healthy extras.

The new granola and overnight oats are in, some great cheap fresh meat products fruit and veg, seriously strong spreadable light is in the fridges only 3.5swips. loads of loads of products!

So these little stir in sauces have been available in really cheapthis roasted chicken, lemon and pepper is 1.5swips per tablespoon. The jar is 165g which is approx 11tabelspoons so it's 16.5swips for the full jarm

I made 4 huge portions for the family for lunches, as well as pasta I popped in green beans, broccoli, friend mushrooms, onions and chicken. Then I added 1 X calcium choice of parmesan on the top too ready to heat up or even eat cold.

Delicious and only approx 4 swips per portion, a little bit different and not a tomato in sightm
