A little update about gift vouchers 🎁

After giving it some thought, I’ve made the decision to stop offering gift vouchers for sale

As my diary has become busier, I’ve found that vouchers are becoming increasingly difficult to manage, particularly when I’m trying to accommodate everyone and find appointment times that work. I know it can be frustrating when you have a voucher and the time you would ideally like isn’t available, and I don’t want anyone to feel disappointed when buying or receiving a voucher as a gift

If you already have a voucher, please don’t worry — it will be honoured. I would just ask that you get in touch as soon as possible to arrange your appointment, and ideally before you get too close to the expiry date

If you would like to buy a voucher for someone who already comes to see me regularly, please get in touch with me directly and I’ll be very happy to arrange this for you 💌

I am extremely grateful to be as busy as I am and thank everyone for their incredible support for me and my small business 🥰

I’ve been busy with more well-being in the workplace!

A couple of weeks ago me and Michelle Coxhead Holistic Therapies were invited to provide seated acupressure massages to the staff at Komatsu in Birtley for their day

We had a queue out the door and had to turn people away at the end, we were so busy!

Feeling very grateful that local companies are trusting my small business with their employees well-being sessions

Final day of northumbrian_water’s today and it was another hot one 🔥

It was great to see James LomasEntertainment again this year, so pleased he enjoyed his massage 🤩

Again, a fully booked day for me and Michelle Coxhead Holistic Therapies delivering Seated Acupressure Massages and Indian Head Massages

Day 2 (for me) at Northumbrian Water’s today and it was a hot one 🥵

Another fully booked day for me and Michelle Coxhead Holistic Therapies delivering Seated Acupressure Massages, Indian Head Massages, Cranial Reflexology and Reiki

It was also Neon Day today, so people were asked to come dressed in anything brightly coloured - so I popped on my bright pink shirt and a pair of borrowed illuminous green stripey socks 🤩

We’ll be back to do it all again tomorrow 😎

I’m back at Northumbrian Water for my 3rd year and I’ve had to rope in the help of my lovely friend and fellow therapist Michelle Coxhead Holistic Therapies

We’ve had a busy day today (11am-4pm) delivering Seated Acupressure Massages and Indian Head Massages to the attendees

We were even treated to a quick blast of Sit Down (by James) on the guitar by Chris Read after he’d had his massage 🎸 🎶 💆🏼

It’s been a great day, can’t wait to do it all again tomorrow

Did you know that I go into workplaces to provide seated massage sessions for employees?

This is perfect for those who spend long periods sitting at a desk.

Sessions are typically short at 15 or 20 minutes so you're not away from your desk/work area for too long. You remain fully clothed and there are no oils involved.

It's a great way for a company to show that they care about their employees' well-being.

It's really easy to organise and I bring all equipment with me. All I require is a quiet space to do the treatments.

Do you have a well-being co-ordinator/champion at your place of work? If so it would be great if you could put me in touch with them to see if we could arrange a session.

All sessions are bespoke - get in touch to discuss your requirements.
