✨ A great afternoon at Gents Social Club! ✨

This afternoon, the gentlemen at Grace Manor enjoyed a friendly game of Scrabble during our weekly Gents Social Club. The afternoon was filled with plenty of conversation, laughter, friendly banter, and just a little healthy competition as everyone put their word skills to the test!
A huge thank you to Helen for kindly donating our new Scrabble board. It was an instant success and everyone loved using it. We're sure it will provide many hours of enjoyment and become a firm favourite at future social clubs.We are so grateful for your generosity.

🎤🎶 What a fantastic afternoon we had yesterday at Grace Manor! 🎶🎤

What started as a music quiz soon turned into an unforgettable karaoke and sing-along session! 🎵 Residents were having so much fun that they couldn't resist joining in with some timeless classics from Queen, The Rolling Stones, Doris Day, Journey, and Michael Jackson.

The room was filled with energy, laughter, and plenty of happy faces. Feet were tapping, hands were clapping, and voices were singing along as everyone enjoyed the music together. It was wonderful to see so many residents reminiscing, sharing memories, and embracing the joy that music brings.

Sometimes the best activities are the ones that take on a life of their own, and this was certainly one of them! We can't wait for our next music afternoon and another chance to sing our hearts out together. 🎶💙

🎉Grace Manor Social Update 🎉

The August activities guide is now available, packed with a wide range of events and things to do throughout the month. From the much-anticipated Summer Fete, music therapy sessions, quiz evenings, pamper afternoons, Scrabble, the gents social club, Mocktail Monday and lots more, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Copies have been shared with all residents, but if you’d like any further information or want to get involved, please don’t hesitate to speak to the activities team 😁

What a fantastic week we've had at Grace Manor! 💙

⛳ Our Golf Afternoon was a wonderful success, and it was lovely to see so many family members joining in the fun. There were plenty of smiles, laughter, and some great shots too!

☕ We also hosted a very successful Veterans Coffee Morning, welcoming fellow veterans from Pembroke House and our local community. Everyone enjoyed delicious bacon sandwiches and homemade Victoria sponge cake, which was definitely the star of the morning! It was a special opportunity to catch up, share stories, and celebrate friendships.

🤝 Friendship Day brought everyone together to enjoy each other's company, followed by a relaxing Cinema Afternoon where residents enjoyed watching Pirates of the Caribbean with plenty of popcorn and refreshments.
It's been another week full of fun, friendship, and creating wonderful memories together.

Just a reminder that it's Quiz Night at Grace Manor tomorrow evening from 5:30pm!

What a wonderful weekend at Grace Manor! 🌞💙

Tina enjoyed a fun-filled and very competitive game of Uno with Roshima and Puja. The competition was fierce, but the laughter was even stronger! 🃏😂

Meanwhile, Ann got creative with her family, painting beautiful tote bags ready for our upcoming Summer Fete. 🎨👜

The countdown is on now, and we can't wait to welcome everyone to the Summer Fete on Saturday 8th August. We look forward to seeing you all there for what promises to be a fantastic day! 🌼☀️

A busy couple of days here at Grace Manor! 🌸☀️

Yesterday, our residents enjoyed a lovely flower arranging session, creating some beautiful floral displays.

This morning, Lewis got creative painting items ready for our upcoming Summer Fete, while Pauline enjoyed a friendly game of dominoes. Trevor spent the morning baking several delicious cakes in the kitchen, chatting with us as we played dominoes together. 🍰

Meanwhile, Roy enjoyed spending time with us for a chat, and Tina continued working on her latest diamond art project featuring one of her favourite Disney classics, Lady and the Tramp. 💎🐾

It's always wonderful to see everyone enjoying activities they love, sharing stories, laughter, and creating special memories together.

Yesterday, we continued the food-themed fun at Grace Manor as we celebrated Ice Cream Day! 🍦😋

Everyone enjoyed choosing their favourite treat from a delicious selection of ice cream flavours, tasty sauces, and whether they preferred it served in a traditional cone or a pot. Of course, every ice cream was topped off with the classic Flake for that extra special touch!

It was a lovely afternoon with plenty of delicious choices for everyone to enjoy together. 🍨
